Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has always been the subject of discussions among fans, particularly regarding his single status. Despite having been in relationships with several famous actresses like Sangeeta Bijlani and Katrina Kaif, Salman has yet to settle down.
In a past interview with Komal Nahta, Salman’s father, Salim Khan, shared his thoughts on the matter. According to Salim, Salman often finds himself attracted to actresses he works with, but the dynamics change when the relationship becomes more serious.
“After committing, he (Salman) tries to change the woman and look for qualities of his mother in her,” revealed Salim.
He explained that this is a challenging expectation because every woman is unique and cannot be compared to his mother.

Salim also pointed out that career-driven women, especially actresses at the peak of their careers, may find it difficult to leave their professional lives to take on the responsibilities of a homemaker.
However, Salman’s father remains hopeful that his son will eventually tie the knot.
For context, Salman almost married Sangeeta Bijlani in the 1990s, with wedding invitations even printed. However, Bijlani called off the marriage at the last minute.
